In Case You Don’t Hear From Me for a While…

Published by leslierich at 2:00 am under Just Talk

We did a little thing like buying some new furniture and it turned into a HUGE thing.  I sure didn’t expect to have my whole house turned upside down during the process of moving out the old pieces and moving in the new.  We emptied out two desks and a large wall unit.  A sofa and love seat were sold this weekend and a computer desk, another small desk and loads of other items went to Goodwill on Monday.  More furniture is waiting to be sold and another load goes to Goodwill today.  Piles of “stuff” still need to be put back in place.  I haven’t been in my stamp room since Friday night and, gosh, Thanksgiving is right around the corner. . .

You can imagine where my focus is right about now.  I’m longing for some relaxing stamping time, but it will have to wait.  So. . . I’ll be back with stamping as soon as I can.  I’ll be thinking of you!  I hope you’re having a wonderful week!

Funny how one thing leads to another - and then to another and another! Good luck with getting everything done and ready. I’m sure you’ll love it when it’s all over!

You and I are living parallel lives except we are getting any new furniture, just getting rid of things. Lots of items on Craigslist this week to make the house less “full”. I am sure it will be lovely once the chaos of it all is over! Happy Thanksgiving.
