Running With Scissors…

Well, I don’t have any…but Libby @ Libby’s Little Addiction does!  This is the perfect opportunity to visit her blog.  I found it when I was in the process of adoring one of her cards on Splitcoaststampers and I’ve been visiting regularly ever since.  I thoroughly enjoy the wit and charm and enthusiasm of her posts.  She’s having such a good time and it’s infectious!  The link above takes you directly to her blog candy where you can leave a comment at the end of it, but while you’re there be sure and look around a bit.  I get such a kick out of her!  She’ll be doing her drawing on Sunday the 13th at 9:00 pm.

I was really curious about the answer to this question.  I often wonder how everyone finds the time.  I’m surprised by how many of you manage the time before work in the morning to check a few blogs.  I may sit down here for a few minutes in the morning, bleary eyed and fingers not quite awake yet.  Right now, I’m in the living room at the computer desk and my husband is watching TV in the same room (too loud).  It’s very distracting and he keeps trying to call my attention to something (Antiques Road Show).   His work schedule varies so my quiet time is never the same.  It is hard to do everything that’s required of us and still find time to stamp, browse and do other fun things, isn’t it?  Speaking of…I’d better get busy with some of that other stuff…the evenings after work are far too short!  Thank you, and have a wonderful day –whatever time it is in your neck of the woods!

You know how it is when you buy a new car and all of a sudden you notice that car on the road all over the place, when you’d never noticed it before?  Well, I’d never heard of blog candy before I started my own blog and then I noticed it all over the place!  It looks like so much fun!  I just want to say “thank you for visiting”, but I guess we can call this a Grand Opening Giveaway.  Okay, so I’m having my Grand Opening a month after the fact…

I went shopping for you at our LSS.  I was hoping to find some cool 6×6 paper packs, but they didn’t have any (small town).  Soooooo…I cut twenty 6×6 pieces of my own Kaleidoscope paper.  I hardly ever see it used but it’s great double sided paper.  Lots of fun, vibrant colors!  Try it, you’ll like it!  I’ve also included some matching Kaleidoscope accessories, WeR Memory Keepers eyelets, one yard each of two different ribbons, and some little clippie things that match the papers.

I don’t know if I’m having trouble with folks leaving comments, but I guess this is a good way to find out.  Just leave a comment on this post, in answer to the question below, and I’ll do a drawing using this random number selector on Monday night, April 2nd, at 8:00 pm PST.   Your odds might be pretty good (maybe)!
